Attached is the proposal for a research study founded on the public’s opinions regarding law enforcement officers brutality and the use of force. The study is presented by using the form of a survey sent in electronic format to the citizens from Jasper, Tennessee ranging in age from 20-30 years old. The intention of the proposed research is to theorize why concerning the public’s opinion regarding law enforcement officers. Recommendation of a plan of action to local law enforcement agencies to reduce their number of police violence reports is the hopes of the research.
